How We Work : Our Approach to Change

Ostroff & Associates has achieved Worldwide recognition for its expertise helping organizations successfully achieve change and significant, sustained performance improvement. We believe there are five key principles that are essential for change effort to succeed. These principles form the core of our approach to change, and we work closely with clients to ensure that all five principles are effectively incorporated into client change efforts:

  • Principle 1: Improving performance must be the primary objective and the driving force of the change effort

  • Principle 2: To maximize performance improvement, redesign must include and align all elements of the organization system and may need to extend across organizational boundaries

  • Principle 3: A well-designed and effectively executed change road map is required to successfully transform the organization and its performance

  • Principle 4: The change effort must be both top-down and broad based/bottom-up in order to obtain required support, participation and develop internal capabilities for ongoing performance improvement.
