Mike is a management consultant with specialty areas in strategy, operations, resource management, performance improvement, and process redesign. Until recently, Mike was the COO of the US Trust Private Bank, responsible for all operating activities related to Private Banking. Before joining U.S. Trust, he was a turnaround entrepreneur and he also worked with Citibank in domestic and overseas management positions. He began his career with General Electric as a mechanical design engineer for advanced technology jet engines. Mike holds a B.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania, an S.M. from M.I.T. and an M.B.A. from Harvard. He also completed postgraduate courses at London Business School and Cornell University.
