Brett Perlman is a management consultant focusing on the intersection of public policy and corporate strategy. Brett served as Commissioner of the Public Utility Commission of Texas for 1999-2003, where he was appointed by then-Governor George W. Bush. He was responsible for the successful restructuring of Texas' $17 billion electric utility industry and $4 billion telecommunications industry.
