Alcohol Beverage Control
With over 25 years of experience on matters affecting the alcohol beverage industry, Ostroff Associates provides strategic guidance to businesses facing the challenging task of navigating New York’s Alcoholic Beverage Control laws and regulations.
We represent clients from the initial stage of applying for a liquor license through training, compliance and, in cases of controversy, we work directly with the State Liquor Authority to resolve matters and prevent future issues.
