Bedford Union Armory
A state-of-the-art recreation and community facility located in Crown Heights which features over 200 much needed affordable housing units.
OA helped secure and access millions of dollars in Capital Funding to fill the funding gap created by the increase of affordable units in the project and decrease in market rate condo’s, which was requested by the local community. We worked with the Governor’s office and the State Legislature to secure the necessary funding.
