New York Forward

Governor Cuomo has outlined a plan called “NY Forward” in which sectors of the economy in select regions of the State were allowed to begin reopening starting May 15th, 2020. Regions must meet the seven public health metrics outlined by New York State Department of Health (DOH) to reopen. The regions that meet the metrics will be allowed to reopen in phases that will continue based on the public health data of the region. The resources below will assist in your understanding of the rules and guidelines associated with the economy reopening in New York.
