The Ostroff Commitment

to our Clients, our Colleagues, and our Community

At Ostroff Associates, we are proud of the commitment we make to our clients, our colleagues and our community.
For all three, that commitment manifests itself in ensuring needs are met and results are achieved.

Our Clients

We wouldn’t be one of the premier government relations companies in the state – indeed, we wouldn’t be in business at all — if not for our commitment to our clients.

We not only bring to the table over 25 years of unmatched expertise and a proven track record of success, but also a singular dedication to working tirelessly on our clients behalf and being readily accessible and immediately responsive to their questions, requests and changing needs. And always, we act with complete integrity that our clients appreciate.

One of the many things that sets Ostroff Associates apart from the rest, is their commitment to investing in the professional growth of their staff at all levels, and their appreciation for the value each person brings to the team and its core mission of providing unmatched service to clients.

Our Colleagues

At Ostroff Associates, our commitment begins with our clients, but does not end there.

You can tell a lot about how a company will treat and support a client by how it treats and supports its own employees. From our senior leadership to our executive assistants — and everyone in between — we view each and every Ostroff employee as a colleague, deserving respect and receiving our full attention and support for personal and career growth. At Ostroff, we are a true team, acting in concert to meet our clients’ goals and ours.

Our Community

Ostroff Associates employs the same experience and skills to get things done for our clients, on behalf of our community. And we like to believe, we deliver the same positive impact.

We encourage our employee team to commit time to building our community and supporting our neighbors. That starts at the top with our President, Rick Ostroff, who currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Upstate New York/Vermont Chapter as well as the Corporate Co-Chair for the Upstate New York Light the Night Walk.

Rick’s commitment and dedication to the mission of finding cures for blood cancers and improving the quality of lives for patients and their families is extraordinary, as is his empathy and compassion for cancer patients in our community. Rick and his team at Ostroff Associates have done so much, not only for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, but other local non-profits as well, and we are a better community for their efforts.

Many members of the OA team dedicate their time and talent as board members on local non-profit and educational organizations including Living Resources, Feed Albany, Siena College, Kids’ Chance New York, the Women’s Energy Network, the Ujamaa Market of The Capital Region and the South End Children’s Café, to name a few. Together, our employee team has volunteered in our community preparing meals for delivery with Feed Albany, spending time with kids afterschool at the South End Children’s Café, building out a classroom and activity space at Girls Inc, working with campers at the Double H Ranch, and collecting hundreds of essentials items for donation to The Homeless and Traveler’s Aid Society, the Capital City Rescue Mission, and the Veterans Miracle Network

Last year alone, Ostroff Associates donated over $150,000 to more than a dozen non-profits.

The pro bono services of Ostroff Associates have enabled the South End Children's Cafe to create a sustainable plan with funding so that we may remain open. With the help of the talented team as Ostroff Associates, we have secured new funds to benefit our sustainability plan and the future of the Children's Cafe.
