Kathleen Digan

Kathleen joined Ostroff Associates in September 2017 with experience in both state and federal government operations and the policymaking process.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen served as a Governmental Relations Representative for the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA) where she advanced NYSSBA’s legislative, regulatory and budget priorities.

Kathleen previously served the United States Congress as a District Operations Coordinator for Congressman Paul D. Tonko and the New York State Senate as a Legislative Aide for Senator Neil D. Breslin.

Each of these roles has provided Kathleen with a unique perspective and a strong background in New York State government. In recognition of her efforts, Kathleen was selected as one of Albany’s “40 Under 40 Rising Stars” by City & State magazine.

Kathleen received her Master of Public Administration from the Rockefeller College at the University at Albany and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Siena College. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Siena College, the Board of Directors for Feed Albany, and is a member of the Junior League of Albany. She resides in the Town of New Scotland with her husband and two dogs.
