Chantel Burnash joined Ostroff Associates in February 2018 with a strong background in state and local government. She brings a keen aptitude and substantial experience with her as Director of Operations.

Before joining the firm, Chantel worked at Capitalize Albany Corporation. She provided support services for the President, as well as managed the administrative duties of three Boards. Prior to that, Chantel worked at a government affairs firm for nine years, where she acted as a point-of-contact for communication between lobbyists, clients, legislators, and government agencies. She also spent several years working under Governor George E. Pataki’s administration as an Appointments Officer in his Appointments office at the State Capitol and as a Special Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner at Empire State Development Corporation.

In 2023, Chantel was recognized on City & State Magazine’s “Responsible 100” list, which recognized her commitment to uplifting local charities such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as well as for her work at Ostroff engaging community partners like the South End Children's Cafe, the Albany County Department for Children, Youth and Families, and Feed Albany.

Chantel earned her Master of Business Administration from The Sage Colleges and a bachelor’s degree from The College of Saint Rose.
