Before joining the firm, she worked for KeyBank, where she provided professional administrative and organizational support to senior executives. At Ostroff Associates, Patti’s responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing contract administration and invoicing, and leading human resources and benefits administration, as well as the maintenance and coordination of the firm’s facilities and office operations.
