We’re proud to share that Vice President Casey Marvell has been named to City & State New York’s 2026 Who’s Who in Energy list, recognizing leaders who are helping shape the future of energy policy across New York.
At Ostroff Associates, Casey brings a sharp understanding of New York’s evolving energy and environmental policy landscape to clients navigating complex legislative and regulatory challenges. He represents clients on a range of policy matters involving utilities, battery storage facilities, and grid infrastructure, helping organizations navigate the political dynamics that are shaping New York’s energy future.
Before joining Ostroff Associates, Casey built valuable experience in the New York State Senate and at the Adirondack Council, where he developed a strong foundation in legislative affairs, environmental advocacy, and coalition-building. That experience continues to influence his work today, particularly as he helps clients navigate complex issues tied to the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA) and New York’s broader energy transition.
His recognition by City & State reflects both the depth of his expertise and the strength of his advocacy on behalf of clients operating in one of New York’s most dynamic and consequential policy arenas.
Congratulations, Casey! The full Who’s Who in Energy list can be viewed here.
