He has built a reputation as a trusted strategist and advisor to hospital leadership, coalitions, and state officials, guiding stakeholders through legislative, regulatory, and budgetary change in a highly complex health policy landscape.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam served in senior roles at the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS), where he led statewide advocacy campaigns, drafted and negotiated legislative proposals, and advised on major Medicaid and hospital finance issues. Earlier in his career, he worked on the New York State Assembly Ways and Means Committee, providing fiscal analysis, revenue forecasting, and contributing to high-level budget and tax policy negotiations. This combination of legislative insight and healthcare expertise enables him to provide strategic guidance, anticipate emerging policy developments, and advance critical health-sector priorities, ensuring that clients’ interests are effectively represented in high-level legislative and budgetary negotiations.
Adam lives in Albany and holds a master’s degree in Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University at Albany.
