Lifespan of Greater Rochester has adapted during the COVID-19 crisis to provide telephonic care management and support. Lifespan continues to provide information, guidance and more than 30 essential services for older adults and caregivers in their community.
The Lifespan team is delivering hundreds of boxes of emergency food and hot meals to seniors, 1,000 boxes filled with necessity items and countless prescription drugs every day to those in need. Additionally, Lifespan is working with healthcare providers to help transition patients as they are released from the hospital and is providing regular check in calls to all clients to ensure their wellbeing during this challenging time.
